Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich Called it Quits, Broke off their Engagement

When the Lovatics hoped that the pop princess, Demi Lovato, would tie the knot this year – her scintillating quarantine romance with Max Ehrich came to an end. However, their friends expressed their doubts about the longevity of the engagement.

A little birdie chirped, “Those close to them were skeptical about their relationship and the longevity of it.”

“Max is in Atlanta filming and Demi was with him there recently and had been supporting him, but he is just kicking off his career,” the insider further added. “Friends thought they were going to implode.”

Their friends already had the vision that the couple was in a different place – when it came to their respective careers.

“In the beginning, Max was super careful about self-promotion [and] things with his career, but once they got engaged, he really hit the gas pedal and wanted to make the most out of his career opportunities.”

But many are feeling that trouble in paradise occurred when Ehrich’s social media posts about his wish to marry Selena and gushing over other female celebs surfaced.

Max popped the question in July as the duo had been dating for less than 5 months.

“It was a tough decision, but Demi and Max have decided to go their separate ways to focus on their respective careers,” a source reveals. “They have respect and love for one another and will always cherish the time they spent together.”

On September 24, a source tried to put the speculations to rest by hinting, “It’s not over yet.”

Demi Lovato has not publicly commented anything yet.
